Delivery Information

Orders received by 3.00pm GMT are dispatched on a daily basis Monday to Friday (excluding public / bank holidays) and are subject to stock and courier availability. In most cases we will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours.

UK Mainland Deliveries

You should receive your order within 1-5 working days depending on the service you have selected. If you require a faster service, other options available are: Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Business Day or Saturday Option and ParcelForce. Orders in excess of 5Kg will be sent by our nominated courier. Courier charges may apply to deliveries which cross the Scottish Border, Highlands and Lowlands, Northern Ireland and all off-shore islands or other remote locations. Please contact us for further details. All of the above services use a tracking system.

Above rates exclude VAT at the current rate which is due on all vatable supplies.

International Deliveries

International deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail AirSure or International Signed-For. This is a fast and cost effective service which means we can supply customers across Europe, USA, Canada and most of the rest of the world. International orders are generally received in less than 10 working days. However, please bear in mind that delays can occur and you should allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive. A signature will be required on delivery.
