Easy Returns

At Solent Cables we want you to enjoy your purchase, which is why we have carefully selected our products for quality and value for money. We understand that from time to time mistakes can be made, or you just want to return something. So we've made our returns process as simple as possible.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may return an item within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund. All we ask is that items returned must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all accessories, original packaging and in a saleable condition. Simply enclose a copy of the original invoice with the item. You are required to pay for all return carriage costs. Please note, special orders, upgrades to delivery services and business-to-business (B2B) transactions are excluded.
